This Privacy Policy explains how Drop Stick Stack ("the Game", "we", "our", or "us") handles information when you use the Game.

Drop Stick Stack is a casual arcade stacking game. We aim to collect as little information as possible. Most gameplay information, such as score, coins, theme selections, sound settings, and language preferences, is stored locally on your device.

This policy is provided for transparency and Google Play listing requirements. It does not replace legal advice for your specific business or jurisdiction.

1. Information stored locally on your device

The Game may store the following information on your device using local app storage:

  • High score and gameplay progress
  • Coin balance and unlocked visual themes
  • Sound, language, and other preference settings
  • Whether ads have been removed after a valid purchase

This local information is used to provide core game features. We do not receive this local gameplay data on our own server because the Game does not currently use a custom backend account system.

2. Advertising

The Game may show ads through Google AdMob. Advertising partners may collect or receive device identifiers, advertising identifiers, approximate interaction data, diagnostics, and similar information to provide, limit, measure, and improve ads. Ad availability and ad behavior may depend on your region, age settings, consent choices, device settings, and Google services.

You can manage ad personalization through your device and Google account settings where available.

3. In-app purchases

The Game may offer in-app purchases such as removing ads or buying coin packs. Purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. We do not collect or store your payment card details. Google Play may process purchase information according to Google's own policies and account settings.

4. Analytics and diagnostics

The Game may use platform or SDK-level diagnostics to help detect crashes, performance issues, and technical problems. This may include device model, operating system version, app version, crash logs, and similar technical data. These signals help us improve stability and user experience.

5. Permissions

The Game is designed as a simple arcade game and does not require access to sensitive device features such as contacts, precise location, camera, microphone, or personal files for normal gameplay.

6. Children and families

The Game is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through our own server. Third-party services such as Google AdMob and Google Play may apply their own protections, consent flows, and regional requirements.

7. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Data may be processed by third-party services that help operate the Game, including Google AdMob for ads and Google Play Billing for purchases. These services process data according to their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Data retention

Local gameplay data remains on your device until you clear app data or uninstall the Game. Purchase records are handled by Google Play and may remain in your Google account purchase history according to Google's policies.

9. Data deletion

10. Your choices

  • You can disable or reset ad personalization in your device or Google account settings where available.
  • You can clear local gameplay data from Android app settings.
  • You can uninstall the Game at any time.
  • You can contact us with data-related requests.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the Game changes, when legal requirements change, or when third-party services are updated. The effective date at the top of this page will show the latest update.
